While staying on a diet is difficult, and sometimes almost impossible, intermittent fasting isn’t. While you can eat eat anything you want, you just can’t eat whenever you want.
For me, I’ve set my fasting times from 19:00 to 13:00 O’clock, which gives me 5 hours for lunch and diner. The other 19 hours I don’t eat anything and just drink water. Planning it like this makes it easier to keep up, because the eight hours of sleep fall nicely within it.
