PDF’s. They are an easy to use, universal and long standing document format. Invented to replace paper, and still maintain the layout across devices, they make it easy to keep information on hand and archive it. This is also one of the reasons you should print your documents to PDF once they are finished and save them on your harddrive.
Luckily the Mac has an easy utility called “Save as PDF…”, but it’s a bit buried in the print dialog box. So the great MacSparky made a nice video showing you how to Quickly access the Mac “Save as PDF…” menu item (Hint: CMD + P P).
